Pineview Run offers a limited number of new memberships each year as we grow. Our mission includes delivering the highest quality of service to our members and guests, so pacing the club's growth is essential. Memberships are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Once a membership level reaches capacity for the year, you will be placed on the waiting list and offered membership at a different level (if available). Below is an overview of our membership application process.

The Application Process

1. Request and Submit Application

Start by requesting an application (link below). Once we receive your request, one of our representatives will contact you to discuss membership options and answer any questions.

2. Reference Check and Application Review

Once we receive your application and deposit, we will process your application and check your references. This process could take up to one or two weeks.

3. Committee Decision and Membership Initiation

Upon favorable review of your application, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance, Membership Agreement, and Invoice for your Initiation Fee and Annual Dues.
